Delivery Terms

Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands, border restricted areas, and delivery locations without elevators). P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

For details on delivery to remote areas, please refer to SF Express's remote area coverage*.

*A HK$20 surcharge will apply to SF Express deliveries to remote areas, collected directly by the courier company.

Delivery Fees
Free delivery for orders totaling HK$800 or more (single delivery location only).

All orders must be paid online before shipment.

* Orders outside the delivery area will be considered invalid.

* Delivery addresses cannot be changed after order completion.

Delivery Details
Goods will be delivered within 7-10 business days after order confirmation and payment, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, location, or other factors; delivery times will be rescheduled.

All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant goods. If we are unable to provide any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery or collection.
