Product Replacement
To ensure product and service quality, we will try our best to ensure (excluding damage caused by human error) that the goods are shipped in a stable packaging and good quality condition. However, the delivery journey may cause individual issues with the product.
All non-human-caused damage purchased from our company is eligible for a "7-day product exchange service," except for designated items which are not eligible for return or exchange. However, items priced at HK$200 or less are not eligible for exchange.
If you find any problems with the product within seven days of receiving it, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
Product Return and Exchange Methods and Details
Exchanges must meet the following conditions:
1. The product must be in its original packaging.
2. You must have our sales invoice.
3. Within 7 days of receiving the goods.
4. The damage is not caused by human error. Exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
1. All food products.
2. Products purchased more than seven days ago.
3. Products that have been opened (except for spoiled products).
4. Customers experiencing an allergic reaction to the purchased product (the product is unsuitable for the customer). If a customer experiences an allergic reaction to the purchased product, it may be due to the product being unsuitable for the customer, and our company will not bear any responsibility or related costs.
5. Spoiled products, but already used. Our company guarantees that all products are genuine. If a customer suspects a product may be spoiled and requests a return, we will send the goods back to the relevant manufacturer or agent for inspection and verification. The general processing time is one month. If the product is determined to be spoiled, our company is happy to accept returns and exchanges.
6. Products that are not in their original packaging, are damaged, destroyed, or incomplete.
7. Discounted or special-offer products will not be accepted for return.
8. Goods priced at HK$200 or less.
9. Any free gifts, accessories, and trial packs. 10. If the product being exchanged does not comply with our exchange policy, it will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all exchange matters. Exchange Policy: Customers may only exchange once per receipt within the specified date. Exchanged products cannot be replaced. Only exchanges are permitted under any circumstances; refunds are not accepted. All costs incurred during the exchange process are the responsibility of the buyer. Alternatively, the buyer may come to our company in person to process the exchange. Please check with our company before exchanging to ensure sufficient stock. Transaction Completion: If the customer does not submit any exchange request within seven business days, the transaction is considered complete, and our company will not bear any legal responsibility or arrange any replacement.
Refund Policy:
In case of special circumstances requiring a refund, our company will handle it as a special case. Our company reserves the right to interpret and make the final decision regarding order refunds.
