Shipping Policy

Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands, closed areas, and locations without elevator access). We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. For details regarding remote areas, please refer to SF Express’s remote area coverage*.
*SF Express charges a HK$30 surcharge for deliveries to remote areas, which will be collected directly by the courier.

Shipping Fees

Free delivery is provided for orders with a total amount of HK$500 or more (applicable to a single delivery location only). All orders will be shipped only after online payment is completed.

Orders will be deemed invalid if the provided delivery address is outside our service area.
Changing the delivery address is not permitted once the order is finalized.

Delivery Details

Items will be dispatched within 7-10 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Delivery services may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, location, or other factors; in such cases, alternative arrangements will be made.

All orders are subject to final confirmation based on stock availability. If we are unable to provide any products or services from your order, we will notify you via phone or email prior to delivery or collection.

In case of any dispute, FurlazZZ reserves the right of final decision.
